Program of the day
 
The program and activities for children are selected in such a way that they develop the personality completely and that the child improves in all aspects.

7:00 – 11:00

Arrival of children, free activities, games, drawing

Community circle, morning exercise, snack 

11:00 – 14:20

Staying outside, activities aimed at developing the child's personality in the area of ​​cognitive, emotional, relational, language and communicative activities 

Lunch, teeth cleaning, fairy tale, picking up the children after lunch 

Rest, getting up gradually, hygiene, snack 

14:20 – 15:30

Children's activities, being outside in the garden, clubs, hobby activities in the kindergarten (depending on the weather).

In the case of picking up children after lunch, you can pick them up between 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., rest takes place between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
If you are picking up your child after nap time, please do so no earlier than 2:20 PM—once they have finished resting and their afternoon snack—and no later than 3:20 PM, ensuring you leave the preschool building by 3:30 PM.
Activity times are indicative, meal and rest times are fixed. 
The children regularly visit our salt cave and infrared sauna—usually once or twice a week in the morning (especially during inclement weather).

Enrollment in the children's group takes place all year round, by prior arrangement.

In case of irregular attendance, it is necessary to report the child's attendance no later than 11:00 a.m. the day before, the reason being to order food. 

Lunch can be checked out no later than 11:00 a.m. the previous day, otherwise the lunch will be charged as consumed without entitlement.

In the case of a full-day stay, the child can be picked up and brought back during opening hours, but always by prior arrangement.

Invoicing for the payment of school fees is in progress for the upcoming period of school attendance. Meals are billed retroactively to the previous month.

Missed attendance in the event of illness or vacation cannot be transferred to other months or a tuition refund can be requested. School fees are paid in full even in case of illness or vacation.

Children with regular attendance will be given priority for capacity utilization.

WHAT A CHILD NEEDS FOR PRESCHOOL

• indoor shoes with a firm heel
• clothing for the classroom, appropriate for the season 
• outdoor clothing and footwear (don't forget a hat, neck gaiter, or gloves)
• suitable footwear that the child is able to put on and take off by themselves 
• loungewear/pajamas for relaxing (always clean on Mondays)
• a complete change of clothes in case of an "accident"
• raincoat (an umbrella is not suitable)
• swimsuit, towel, swim cap, bag for wet items (if the child attends swimming lessons)

Please ensure that all children's belongings are labeled with their names or at least their initials.

Do not give valuables to the children in the kindergarten, the teachers and the kindergarten are not responsible in case of loss or damage.

Health Status of Children

The cooperation of parents, legal representatives and the nursery school is essential in preventing illness in children. Parents are obliged to inform the teacher about the child's current state of health, minor injuries, etc. upon arrival at the kindergarten.

A child with a fever, cough, diarrhea, vomiting, or any infectious illness (including cases of head lice, infectious conjunctivitis, etc.) must not attend the preschool! Teachers are required to contact the child's legal guardians immediately and hand the child over to them without delay. Preschool staff do not administer medication to children.

OBLIGATIONS OF LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES

• Hand the child over personally to the teacher in the classroom upon arrival at the preschool. The teacher assumes responsibility for the child only after taking charge of them from the parent or authorized person. Children may leave the preschool only with parents or authorized persons, based on written authorization.
• To inform the preschool of any change in the child's medical fitness, health issues, or other significant circumstances that could affect the course of the child's education or potentially have a negative impact on the education or health of other children at the preschool.
• Pay tuition and board fees within the set deadline.
• To notify the school of information essential for the educational process or the child's safety, as well as any changes to such information—particularly changes in permanent address, legal guardians' telephone numbers, health insurance provider, etc.
• Comply with the organization of the preschool’s operations and educational activities, the Operational Rules for the children's group, the Care and Education Plan, and other internal regulations of the organization.

The school principal may decide to terminate the child's attendance after prior written notification to the legal representative:

• if the legal guardian seriously and repeatedly disrupts the operation of the kindergarten,
• if the legal guardian repeatedly fails to pay the preschool tuition fee or the fee for school meals by the specified deadline and does not agree on a different payment date with the director.
